I've been put on two weeks rest. After cycling class on Tuesday the coach claimed I looked "unusually sluggish". Ouch. I talked to her after class and it would appear my half ass recovery after the berke did't quite get it.
So " no soup for you" : )
Last night I embrased my time off with a tall glass of a local porter and caught up on some tv via hulu.
I think I needed someone I trust to tell it's ok to ease off. It's very very hard to tell yourself it's ok to let go. If only temporarily.
I am on vacation and it's Friday. Watch out. Haha.
